Energetic Sovereignty: Calling Back Your Power
Beloveds, have you felt your mind too full lately — like thoughts or energies that don’t feel like your own are floating through your space? 💭✨
As we ascend, our energy becomes more sensitive, and that means boundaries matter more than ever. Remember, your spiritual body is your home. No one can reside there unless you allow it.
This week, I invite you to practice:
1️⃣ A daily grounding ritual — 3 deep breaths, feet flat on the floor, visualize roots anchoring deep into the Earth.
2️⃣ A nightly energy recall — say aloud:
“All that belongs to me, return cleansed and whole. All that does not, return to Source.”
