Our navel (Nabhi) is an amazing gift given to us by our Creator. According to science, the first part created after conception is the belly button. After it is created, it attaches to the mother's placenta through the umbilical cord.

When will we all have time for a spiritual check in reading. I feel like it's needed vs Crow Love Stories. Spirit came through and talked about the need to put spiritual practices, prayers, and rituals in place to get back in alignment.
