Service Description
This is a Reiki Energy Healing Session with the intention to clear any and all negative, lower vibrational frequencies in the aura and soul body. There will be clearing, plucking, smudging, crystal healing and sound therapy as well. Reiki How does it help? Reiki supports all health concerns including stress, anxiety, depression and pain, as I have learned from my own and clients experiences, including the disappearance of anxiety after the first session. Benefits of Reiki sessions include: Relief from Stress, Anxiety and Depression Pain Relief Balance Chakras Deep Relaxation Improve Sleep Increased Overall Health and Well-Being Increase Energy Levels Inner Peace Centered and Clear Focus Relief of Other Health Conditions Confidential to Talk in a Safe Place Asking some questions you can’t ask family Self-Care Suggestions Empathy and Understanding How To Follow Up After Session: Here’s a simple suggestion you could follow for 3-5 days, preferably when not working: Start the day with a glass of warm water and lemon juice, drink lots of room temperature water throughout the day. Have a light breakfast, maybe a green smoothie and or fruit, avoid caffeine. Make lunch your main meal with lots of colorful vegetables, eat the rainbow. Avoid processed and packaged foods and heavy proteins, minimize sugars. Get some light exercise such as walking, yogic stretching. Eat an early, light dinner. Do some form of meditation twice daily. Minimize screen time, instead read uplifting material. Get to bed early for 8-9 hours sleep.
Cancellation Policy
Client must call or email to reschedule as soon as possible if anything should come up that will inconvenience or distract them from the booked session(s). This will allow Micahstar to be able to accommodate the client with a better suggested time and date. After 2 consecutive rescheduled appointments or no shows meaning Micahstar calls and leaves voicemail but no response or answer there will be no more rescheduling. All sales Final non-refundable!
