Cancellation Policy

Clients agree to: Attend sessions with openness, honesty, and readiness to grow. Please respect energetic and emotional boundaries and space. Take responsibility for their own healing and transformation. As a spiritual guide and holistic counselor, I offer energetic, intuitive, and wellness-based support. I do not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. The services provided are for educational, spiritual, and self-development purposes only. By enrolling, clients agree not to hold me liable for any interpretations, actions, or outcomes arising from their participation. This is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical services. Clients are encouraged to seek additional support when necessary. Boundaries are sacred. I reserve the right to end any mentorship if the client violates ethical, energetic, or respectful conduct --- without refund. By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This agreement is a soul contract as much as it is a business one rooted in love, clarity, and sacred mutual respect. Client must call or email to reschedule as soon as possible if anything should come up that will inconvenience or distract them from the booked session(s). This will allow Micahstar to be able to accommodate the client with a better suggested time and date. After 2 consecutive rescheduled appointments or no shows meaning Micahstar calls and leaves voicemail but no response or answer there will be no more rescheduling. All sales Final and non-refundable!
