Cancellation Policy
Welcome to the Spiritualist Boutique. To maintain the energetic integrity of our work and respect the divine timing of every soul I serve, the following policies apply to all Spiritual Consultations, Reiki sessions, and Mentorship programs. ✨ Scheduling & Flow Preparation: To allow for proper energetic preparation and trigger deactivation planning, please book your sessions at least 48 hours in advance. Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your sanctuary in my calendar. Apprenticeship Program: Payments are made monthly in advance. These sessions represent a long-term commitment to your soul reclamation and are prioritized in my schedule. 🌙 Cancellations & Rescheduling Your journey is important, and I understand that life can shift. The 24-Hour Grace Period: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Late Changes: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 20% Inconvenience Fee. This ensures the balance of the "Energy Exchange" is maintained. 🚫 No-Show & Forfeiture Absence: If you do not attend your session without prior notice, the session is forfeited. A 20% fee applies to compensate for the reserved time. Apprenticeship Sessions: Because these sessions are part of a dedicated spiritual container, missed appointments without 24-hour notice cannot be refunded or carried over. Boundaries: Repeated no-shows or last-minute changes may result in the requirement to prepay non-refundable deposits or restricted booking privileges. 🌿 Sacred Energy Exchange In this space, we honor the "Power of Voice" and the sanctity of boundaries.
